Company Profile

Ideal companies have at least $1M in annual revenue and $250K or more in EBITDA or seller discretionary earnings.

We place particular value on consistent performance, long-tenured employees, loyal customers, and operations that do not depend entirely on the owner.

Geography

We are focused on opportunities throughout the Lexington–Louisville–Knoxville corridor, including nearby communities across Kentucky and East Tennessee.

We are also open to businesses outside this corridor when there is a strong strategic and operational fit.
